Yes. You may return disposable consumable items (microwavable food containers, bento boxes, foil pans, sushi trays, etc.) within 15 days of delivery.

For our return policy on meat products, please refer to Facedrive Supply Fresh’s return policy.

COVID-19 update: Foods products (rice, flour, oil, seasonings, drinks, etc.) returns are not accepted temporarily due to COVID-19.

We are here to help. We promise to accept any refund request related to product quality, product sizes, delivery issues, and payment issues for our supplies products.

1. Please contact our customer support within 15 days of the delivery of your shipment to initiate your refund request.

2. Fill in the request form in the link sent to you by our customer support. Your request will be processed immediately once the form is filled out.

To receive your refund, you can:

Accept an equivalent amount of coupons / credits. You can spend them on your next purchase.

OR

Accept the refund through Email Money Transfer (EMT).

Refunds will be issued to your account within 48 hours of you submitting your refund request.
